Mission Statement

Sunderland Co-operative Inc. is an agricultural co-operative whose mission is to improve the profitability of its members by offering value-added goods and services.

Sunderland Co-operative Inc. provides crop inputs, feed, petroleum, consumer goods as well as related products and grain marketing of selected grains within the geographic area in which we do business.

• Maintain sound financial policies and practices
• Preserve local ownership and control
• Operate under sound business ethics and principles

In the pursuit of the mission, all members of the board of Directors and all employees work to:

• Provide value to members by identifying their needs and wants and then delivering products and services with diligence and honesty at the price that reflects that value.
• Profits from operations are to be used to invest in the business with the surplus to be returned to the members in the form of patronage.
• Be a good partner with our members and the communities in which we do business.
